About Us

Viktoriya is an immigration consultant, partner at LEA Immigration, and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (RCIC, R#509603).

She has a degree from Bashkir State University. After immigrating and settling in Canada, Viktoriya decided to pursue her passion to help newcomers build a life in Canada. After obtaining her Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) certification in 2013, she launched Elite-Immigration Consulting which helped many clients to immigrate and start new life in Canada.

Viktoriya speaks multiple languages - predominantly English, Russian and German.
